Commissioned Work

I just completed two commission pieces, both related to my new 'Critter' series of bugs and other crawly things.  Both pieces are relatively small, and were really satisfying to do, especially because they were each done for someone I really like (which just makes the whole process more fun!)  I also enjoyed the challenge of making new 'critters' that I hadn't attempted before.  A few years ago, I also did a commission 'portrait' for some good friends of mine of their beloved cat, Felix-another really fun project! Do you have animal or insect that has special meaning to you?
